Order Cancellation
TopD3 accepts order cancellation before the merchandise is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your TOPD3 purchase. But if for any reason you don’t, we are happy to accept your return.

But please keep in mind that
1. Return request must be sent to us online within 7 days after receipt of your purchase.
Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered.

2. Items returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and its original packaging; otherwise, the return may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Items returned must be free of stains, scratches, floor debris, pin marks, or other marks.

3. Bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, tights, accessories, free gifts, clearance items and final sale items are non-returnable. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

4. All returns must be sent back to the address informed in return instruction email that we send you. Please return the item(s) using a traceable method of delivery. TOPD3 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as taxes and duties that are incurred by return.

Refunds
Refund request will be processed after your return is received and inspected. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

It may take a certain days to receive your refund. If not, please check again or reach official customer service of you payment method.
